The Perfect Salad


cherry tomatoes

greens = spinach, micro greens, butter lettuce, arugula

red onions


dried cranberries

Udo’s Oil


Maldon Sea Salt Flakes


Sautee the red onions in goat butter or grapeseed oil until soft and a little crispy.  Cut greens into smaller pieces and slice tomatoes and avocados.  Mix all produce together with onions, cranberries, Udo’s oil and balsamic as dressing and a sprinkle of salt.  Simple and delicious!!!
