These Classes are For All Levels
Beginner flow yoga classes break down individual postures to build a safe foundation for new students. Slow Flow build on this foundation. With this new familiarity with postures linked with the breath, the body becomes light and fluid and the mind quiets. The practitioner finds a sense of calm and presence. Slow Flow classes are the perfect mix of challenge and ease. They provide a space to get all the mental, emotional and physical benefits of yoga. Once students feel comfortable with the postures, transitions and breath in this type of class, they have the option of trying our Buddhi Flow and Vinyasa classes. However, at yourBuddhi we do not believe that types of yoga are in a hierarchy. One is not better than another and it is not necessary to every move from beginner flow or slow flow to the more physically challenging yoga types.

- Explore a variety of the Slow Flow class options. They will target different areas of the body and focus on different aspects of yoga.
- Props will enhance your experience of these classes, especially blocks.
- If it is hard to maintain the breath through transitions between postures, take a few more Beginner Flow classes.
