3 & 6 Week Program to Master the Handstand
Doing a handstand in the middle of the room with no support is challenging, yet doable with a solid plan and a little dedication. Get ready to greatly improve how you do handstands and learn the proper mechanics to decrease your fear and increase your confidence. Follow this program to a tee, and if you miss a week, start all over. As with mastering any new skill, the most important thing is to be consistent and do it often. We’ve created a series of classes that will help you strengthen your upper body and your core as well as improve your breath control. You’ll learn subtle alignments and connections that make doing handstands easier and more efficient. Progress through this series of videos practiced in a very specific order. Remember to be patient with yourself and acknowledge every breakthrough along the way. You’re stronger than you think!
