Judging others and ourselves comes from jealousy and fear. This week, notice your tendency to judge the actions of others and how harshly you judge yourself. Have compassion for yourself and others to rise up out of the misery of jealousy and judgment, especially for those who bother you the most.
How are the dietary restrictions going? What are some of the things you noticed when you cut out the sugar and the gluten? Let’s throw dairy into the mix. Skip it this week and notice if you feel a change in your energy level and digestion. Also bring awareness to how much or how little dairy is in your diet.
