Sweet Potato Chips

Oh yeah!  There is such a thing as a delicious, healthy snack that will satify any case of the munchies. These sweet potato chips are oil-free and ready to fill your belly with nutrients.  The perfect amount of sweetness and crunch makes this a great alternative to packaged chips that are full of preservatives and unecessary ingredients.  Give them a try, post comments and share with friends!  


1 large sweet potato

Fresh rosemary

Himalayan pink salt or sea salt

Pepper to taste


Thinly slice the sweet potato and sprinkle with rosemary leaves.  Cook at 450 until the potato has reached the desired level of crunchiness (approximately 20 min or so).  Remove from heat and garnish with salt and pepper.
