Just four ingredients : Figs stuffed with coconut butter and blueberry, topped off with lemon shavings. This is a good one that you might need to make for dessert tonight. Like a healthy fruit tart that satisfies sugar cravings and delivers a dose of raw goodness.

Dry Figs
Blueberries
Coconut Butter
Lemon
Instructions
Soak the figs in filtered water for an hour or so until they have released some of the crystalized sugar and have gotten soft to the touch. Drain and with your fingers mold the figs so they look like tiny containers. Stuff the figs with half a teaspoon of coconut butter followed by one blueberry. Garnish with frehsly shaved lemon skins and enjoy!
