As a mother of two young boys, I know how hard it is to make time for yoga. Whether you work or stay at home, our days are overflowing with responsibilities that often serve others and not ourselves. Carolina and I created this website when we both had infants. We watched our lives go from complete freedom, (which of course we didn’t appreciate when we were in it), to having our time far more focused on raising our beautiful boys. While we were in love with our children and overjoyed at our new additions, we also longed for the days when we could workout or take a yoga class whenever we wanted. So we created a website with a yoga video membership to help moms practice yoga without ever having to leave the house.

Dedicate Time for Yourself with a Yoga Video Membership

Even with the option of a yoga video membership, it can still be difficult to dedicate time to yourself. When I had my first baby, I remember feeling guilty taking time for me. Even when everyone around me said I was crazy and that I need to take care of myself, I still felt like I should focus every moment on my child. I gradually let go of this and learned that if I don’t make myself happy then I’m not very pleasant to be around. Whether it’s when the baby is napping, later when the kids are in bed, or while they are in school, hop on your mat and play a video. Get your energy flowing, connect with your breath and transcend that feeling of exhaustion that can be so hard to beat when you’re a busy mom.

Find Videos that Work for Your Schedule and Energy Level

We have found that doing at least three videos a week creates a feeling of subtle but profound transformation. As moms we often forget about our own needs and get lost in trying to balance everything. Yoga reconnects us to who we are deep inside, not just a wife or mom but a woman.
