San Diego Yoga Teacher Training Summer Intensive

YourBuddhi has been bringing yoga into your living rooms, hotel rooms, and offices since 2012. It has always been a dream for us to meet our online members and practice with you in our studio in La Jolla, CA. For those of you who would like to take our online yoga classes and study with us in person, we are excited to invite you to La Jolla this June for our 2019 San Diego Yoga Teacher Training summer intensive.

Our 200 hour yoga alliance approved program was developed by the two of us (Amanda and Carolina), and our other wonderful lead trainer, Jonathan Old-Rowe. We have combined the best of our diverse backgrounds to create our program. It’s the perfect jumpstart for anyone who wants to teach yoga. The curriculum we have written is rooted in all we have learned from each of our 17 plus years of experience practicing and teaching yoga.

Our guiding principles stem from our studies with world renowned instructors. Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea, Larry Payne, Annie Carpenter and Ana Forrest are just a few of the amazing teachers we have learned from. The three of us started teaching in LA, New York and San Francisco back in the days before social media and studio chains. Things were much different then! We were lucky to consistently take classes from the direct students of the top dogs of modern yoga. We have been blessed with the opportunity to become links in a chain of knowledge handed down from the great teachers before us. One of our main goals is to carry on this legacy in all that we do, especially the Buddhi Yoga teacher training program.

The San Diego Yoga Teacher Training Summer Intensive is a Special Opportunity

We have three teacher trainings throughout the year at Buddhi Yoga but the summer intensive is unique. The program is three consecutive weeks rather than spread out over a few months. Students immerse themselves completely in practicing and studying yoga for 21 days. We have people join us from all over the country and world to share in this experience. Our yoga studio is in the heart of La Jolla, one of the most beautiful coastal towns in all of the United States. It’s an idyllic setting to expand your knowledge, deepen your practice and begin your lifelong dedication to the art of teaching yoga.
