Everytime I serve a salad with this easy homemade dressing on it, people always say “omg, this salad is so good! What is the dressing?” This healthy and easy vinagrette has fresh squeezed grapefruit juice in it which is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A and phytonutrients. It also has Apple Cider Vinegar which has been proven to combat diabetes and obesity.
Ingredients:
Juice of 1/2 grapefruit (pink or yellow)
Juice of 1 clementine or a tsp of honey
Big splash of apple cider vinegar
1 tbs dijon mustard
dash of salt and pepper
Whisk all of the ingredients together and toss with your favorite greens.
