Here she shares a simple yet powerful breathing exercise called 3 Part Breath. Oxygenate your blood, increase your lung capacity and find a quick and easy way to relax and let go.
Three Part Breath with Jenn Ludwig
- Find a comfortable position lying down or sitting up straight
- Place the hands on the low belly or rib cage
- Through the mouth or nose, inhale two deep sips of breath
- Exhale through the mouth.
Jenn suggests picking one or two mellow songs that you love and do the exercise for the entire length of the songs. Try this every day for a week and notice how much easier it gets the longer you stick to it. This is a quick and easy way to improve your cardiovascular health and release stress.
