We are obsessed! Cashew cream is easy to make and can be used to dress up fruit, snacks and desserts. Everyone that has tasted it can’t get enough! Try it on oatmeal, in smoothies, on your favorite fruit or eat it alone. Make it and comment!
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup of water
1 1/2 cups raw unsalted cashews (soaked for a few hours)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup honey, maple syrup or brown rice syrup
1 heaping tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and voila! You’re done.
