Intelligent Quesadilla

How to Make an Intelligent Quesadilla

corn tortillas

goat cheddar

goat butter

cayenne pepper

fresh black pepper

Pink Himalayan or Sea Salt

Udo’s oil

Heat the butter in a pan and start grilling the tortillas on both sides.  Top one tortilla with grated mozarella and cover with the other.  Grill both sides until cheese melts and remove from heat.  Slice an avocado for garnish and sprinkle with Udo’s oil, cayenne, black pepper, and salt.

Udo’s oil has the ideal balance of omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids, which promote optimal brain function.  Cayenne pepper is great for circulation and digestion. Corn tortillas don’t contain glutten and goat products contain significantly less cassin than cow’s milk products; cassin is a glue-like molecule that causes the body to produce mucus.  Pink Himalayan and sea salts are better alternatives to table salt and give the quesadilla a unique flavor.  Deelicious!
