Holiday Chia Pudding

A sweet little treat for the holiday season.  Have it for breakfast, as a snack or a healthy and delicious dessert.  Easy to make with just five ingredients and full of vitamins! 


fresh mint leaves

1 can of lite coconut milk

4 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp honey

goji berries


Mix the chia seeds, honey and coconut milk with a spoon.  Place in the fridge for about an hour so the chia seeds can expand.  Once you’re ready to serve, garnish with a few goji berries and mint.
